Remediation of Cu Contaminated Soil by Fe78Si9B13AP Permeability Reaction Barrier Combined with Electrokinetic Method

Iron-based amorphous crystalline powder Fe78Si9B13AP is used as a permeability reaction barrier (PRB) combined with an electrokinetic method (EK-PRB) to study the removal rate of Cu in contaminated soil. After treating Cucontaminated soil for 5 days under different voltage gradients and water content, pH between 3.1 7.2. The increase gradient content can effectively promote movement Cu2+ cathode. 3 V/cm, 40% considered be optional experimental condition. Therefore, this condition, effects zero-valent iron (ZVI) PRB on total transformation chemical forms are studied. Compared ZVI, has better remediation effect. EK-Fe78Si9B13AP remove 80.3% soil, biologically available reduced 3.6%, which reduces environmental risk
